Job description

AndHealth is on a mission to radically improve access and outcomes for the most challenging chronic health conditions, with the goal of making world-class specialty care accessible and affordable to all. We partner with health systems, community health centers, and independent practices to remove barriers to care to ensure all people have access to the care they deserve.

The Opportunity

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will execute full-lifecycle recruitment processes to source, screen, and close top talent across multiple teams. This role requires a hands-on, goal-oriented self-starter with exceptional speed, situational awareness, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-output environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving daily recruitment productivity and delivering top talent to advance our mission.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Healthy pipeline. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive and active candidates through direct sourcing, proactive outreach, and referrals — moving candidates through efficiently without compromising on standards.
  • High hiring standards. Partner with hiring managers to define what "exceptional" looks like, identifying ideal talent pools and profiles, build structured scorecards, and calibrate against top performers in the market.
  • Proactive sourcing. Proactively identify and pursue top-tier passive candidates rather than relying on inbound applicants.
  • Tech forward. Use modern sourcing tools and AI to streamline outreach, scheduling, and interviewing — continually refining what works best.
  • Exceptional candidate experience. Curate a candidate experience so strong that people recommend AndHealth to others — including extending approved offers, guiding compensation conversations, and ensuring a smooth handoff to onboarding.
  • Great teammate. Share what's working, bring new ideas, jump in where needed, and help the entire team continuously improve.
Other Skills or Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, or high-growth environment.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual hiring targets and sourcing KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a heavy candidate pipeline and prioritize high-volume recruiting activity.
  • Hands-on expertise with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and modern sourcing databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on candidate candidate responsiveness and clear coordinator handoffs.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable hiring output to support healthcare access.
Here's what we'dlike to offer you:
  • Equal investment and support for our people and patients.
  • A fun and ambitious start-up environment with a culture that takes on important things, takes risks, and learns quickly.
  • The ability to demonstrate creativity, innovation, and conscientiousness, and find joy in working together.
  • A team of highly skilled, incredibly kind, and welcoming employees, every one of whom has something unique to offer.
  • We know that the overall success of our business is a collaborative effort, and we strive to provide ongoing opportunities for our employees to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
  • Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefits package which includes Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid time off, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and more.

We are an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
