Job summary

Maximize Health in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and engage candidates for a variety of roles across our growing medical group. You will review resumes, conduct initial screens, and coordinate interviews, supporting leaders to meet hiring goals.

You will maintain candidate records in our ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with leadership on ongoing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Healthcare, medical group, senior care, or staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles, track candidate progress, and stay on top of follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for open roles.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and help keep the hiring process moving.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process and provide a positive experience.
• Maintain organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support hiring for a variety of roles, including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, clinical support, and administrative positions.
• Partner closely with leadership to support ongoing hiring needs.
