Job summary

Maximize Health in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and engage candidates for a variety of roles across our growing medical group. You will review resumes, conduct initial screens, and coordinate interviews, supporting leaders to meet hiring goals.

You will maintain candidate records in our ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with leadership on ongoing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Healthcare, medical group, senior care, or staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles, track candidate progress, and stay on top of follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
