Job summary

Soni Resources Group is partnering with a footwear company to source a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis, with potential to convert to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of recruiting experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, retail, consumer products, or recruiter agency backgrounds, with a strong track record in eCommerce and digital hiring.

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, retail, consumer products, or from a recruiting agency background.
• Experience supporting eCommerce and digital roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from hiring manager intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Post open positions and proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings, assess qualifications and fit, and advance qualified candidates through the interview process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to keep searches moving efficiently.
• Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers through acceptance.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within the ATS.
• Build talent pipelines and proactively identify candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Requirements:

• 3-5 yrs’ related experience


• Experience within consumer products or a related industry, or out of a recruiting agency


• Proficiency sourcing on LinkedIn

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for ecommerce, digital, and related functions

Compensation:

Compensation: $35-40/hr

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
