Job summary

Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full life cycle recruitment across all brands, from sourcing through offer, and partner with leaders to meet each brand's hiring needs.

You will develop recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and represent the company at career fairs while ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring is highly preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (UKG a plus).
• Comfortable sourcing across major platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake) and using social media for recruiting.

Edgeless Beauty Group (EBG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies that attract a diverse pool of qualified talent across all EBG brands, This role owns the full-life cycle recruitment process, from sourcing through offer, and partners closely with leaders across the company to meet each brand's hiring needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the full-life cycle recruitment process
• Collaborate with General Managers, Directors, and company leadership to identify hiring needs across all brands
• Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies based on open roles, industry standards, and company needs
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, social media, and other channels; assist with advertisement and job posting processes
• Represent the company at career fairs and other hiring events
• Maintain relationships with schools and industry associations to build a pipeline of new candidates
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates for virtual or in-person interviews
• Schedule interviews and oversee preparation of interview questions and hiring materials
• Make outbound calls to applicants regarding their application status, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers, Finance, and HR during the offer process, including salary ranges, benefits, and start dates
• Implement, manage, and maintain recruitment tracking methods
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
• Attend and participate in team meetings, providing recruitment updates to key stakeholders

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• Managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems; UKG experience a plus
• Comfortable sourcing across major platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake, and using social media for recruiting and employer branding
• Experience representing an organization at career fairs or campus recruiting events
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation ability
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles
• Proactive and independent, with the ability to take initiative
• Works well in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Fast-paced office environment
