Job summary

Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full life cycle recruitment across all brands, from sourcing through offer, and partner with leaders to meet each brand's hiring needs.

You will develop recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and represent the company at career fairs while ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring is highly preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (UKG a plus).
• Comfortable sourcing across major platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake) and using social media for recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the full-life cycle recruitment process.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Directors, and leadership to identify hiring needs across brands.
• Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies based on roles and company needs.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels; assist with posting processes.
