HX5 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Human Resources Recruiter I for the Corporate Office in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role supports nationwide recruiting efforts, partnering with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates.
Responsibilities include posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, ensuring DoD-related certifications when needed, and maintaining compliance.

The position will support recruiting efforts nationwide while supporting senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to find qualified candidates.
This job does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university or one year of related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully the individual knowledge of Microsoft Office; Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and have the ability to maintain and navigate through electronic applicant files.
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
This position may be required to travel up to 10% May include air travel.
