The role focuses on posting jobs, coordinating applicant communications, and ensuring candidates meet position requirements and DoD certifications where needed.

You will schedule screens/interviews, maintain DOL compliance, and build a strong candidate network via social media, professional groups, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university or one year of related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Posts jobs on job sites.
• Coordinates communication with applicants.
• Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt positions for corporate office and contract personnel.
• Verifies candidates meet position requirements in accordance with contract Performance Work Statements (PWS) and contract requirements.
• Verifies candidates possess DoD-required certifications when necessary.
• Schedules phone screens and initial interviews.
• Maintains Department of Labor compliance concerning recruitment.
• Communicates with HR staff and Program Managers regarding candidate pipeline progress.
• Creates a pipeline of active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods such as social networking, professional associations, and professional meetings.
• Completes necessary pre-employment process including reference and background checks.
• Files and maintains applicant record for future reference.
• Coordinates, participates in, sets up, and works job fairs.
