Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families (healthcare, technology, finance, operations, or corporate functions).
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and recruit for unfamiliar roles and industries.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

• Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
