Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience
• Experience recruiting for business services, administrative, accounting, finance, customer service, operations, or professional roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and recruiting databases
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS
• Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recruiting recommendations to hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Support employment branding, recruiting events, and talent acquisition initiatives
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Prepare recruiting reports, pipeline updates, and hiring metrics

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
