Job summary

LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting cycle from candidate attraction through offer acceptance across multiple locations, from warehouse to executive roles.

This hands-on role manages about 20–30 active requisitions, blends high-volume hourly recruiting with professional hires, and offers the chance to develop creative sourcing campaigns and build school, community and alternative candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• High-volume/full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Creative sourcing and candidate-attraction skills.
• Strong hiring-manager partnership and communication skills.
• ATS experience; ADP Workforce Now is a plus, not a requirement.
