Responsibilities

• Utilize sourcing platforms and campaigns to contact and screen candidates, build diverse talent pools.
• Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Follow up with prospects and invite them to apply and ask questions about the company.
• Screen, assess and refer candidates to appropriate positions.
• Generate reports by analyzing recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
