Job summary

J.B. Hunt Talent Acquisition is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer II to strategically source, solicit, and screen candidates for multiple roles.

The role focuses on building talent networks, sourcing passive candidates, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to support recruiters. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and execute plans, while leveraging various platforms to reach diverse candidate pools and drive successful hires across

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3+ years related education and experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools is expected.
• Experience coordinating events and managing logistics is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively across mediums and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements for each open position.
• Utilize sourcing platforms and campaigns to contact and screen candidates, identify diverse talent pools, and sell opportunities at J.B. Hunt.
• Identify new approaches to find candidates and proactively build a pipeline of prospects.
• Follow up with prospects and invite them to apply / answer questions about J.B. Hunt.
• Screen, assess and refer candidates to appropriate employment positions.
• Generate reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
