You will leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and outreach campaigns to connect with passive candidates, while collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and contribute to Rosendin's culture and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct advanced Boolean searches and sourcing techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication for candidate engagement.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools, ideally Workday or similar.
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple pipelines.
• Understanding of electrical construction industry roles and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates through market research and proactive outreach.
• Use sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM to build talent pools.
• Engage passive candidates, presenting Rosendin's value proposition.
• Pre-screen candidates and hand over qualified profiles to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with needs.
• Track sourcing metrics and refine strategies for efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends in construction and electrical trades.
• Support employer branding by representing Rosendin's culture.
