Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer in Pflugerville, TX, to proactively identify top talent for field, craft, and corporate roles.

You will build diverse candidate pipelines, conduct research, and drive outreach that communicates Rosendin's employee-owners value proposition. You will screen for qualifications and culture fit, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Experience building pipelines for technical, skilled trades, and professional roles.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and proactive candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research and market mapping to identify potential candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and networks to build targeted talent pools.
• Develop engaging outreach to connect with passive candidates and articulate Rosendin's value.
• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and culture fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM with data integrity.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing with requirements.
• Track sourcing metrics and refine strategies for efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends in construction and trades.
