Job summary

Trinity Air is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Sourcer to support the full recruiting lifecycle for trade and indirect roles in the Atlanta Metro region.

You will source, prescreen, schedule interviews, and partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the process, including onboarding and events. A sales mindset and strong org skills are essential for success in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience coordinating recruiting processes or HR administration.
• Strong multi-pipeline management across multiple business verticals.
• Proficient with ATS (iCIMS or similar) and project tools (Monday.com) and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage prescreens daily across boards and referrals.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and offer/ onboarding processes with hiring managers.
• Support end-to-end hiring events and requisition workflow.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and KPI dashboards to support leadership meetings.
