Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years recruiting experience in a senior role.
• At least 2 years internal recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience recruiting niche mid/senior‑level roles; engineers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as recruiting lead and SME for experienced engineers and scientists.
• Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Own full lifecycle recruiting for high‑priority roles.
• Build pipelines via networking, referrals, CRM campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers on objectives and workforce planning.
• Lead sector recruiting programs and initiatives.
• Analyze metrics and market conditions for improvements.
• Mentor TA staff and assist onboarding of new members.
• Draft compelling job postings and negotiate salaries.
• Maintain ATS/CRM data integrity and reporting.
