Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative or recruiting support experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating candidate interviews and scheduling across multiple time zones is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews, including calendar management and logistics.
• Prepare and issue employment offers letters.
• Initiate and monitor background checks for candidates.
• Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to align schedules.
• Maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide professional, high-level service to internal clients and applicants.
