Job summary

The Salema Group Dunkin’ is seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to manage a Dunkin’ location in New Hampshire. You’ll bring out the best in your people while delivering a guest-first experience that keeps guests returning.

In this fast-paced role you will lead by example, develop your team, and own results from guest experience to restaurant performance, with a strong focus on labor, food cost, and operate expenses.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a guest-first culture with speed, accuracy, and friendliness.
• Train, coach, and develop team members and build leadership pipeline.
• Oversee brand standards, safety, cleanliness, and daily operations.
• Manage labor, cost controls, and analyze sales trends to grow the business.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Guest Experience

• Set and maintain a guest-first culture focused on speed, accuracy, and friendliness
• Ensure every guest interaction reflects our standards and brand expectations
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally

Develop & Lead Your Team

• Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Build a strong leadership pipeline within your store
• Provide clear expectations, feedback, and accountability
• Lead by example with a strong presence on the floor

Drive Operations & Performance

• Ensure execution of all brand, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Manage daily operations to maintain an efficient, organized environment
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and compliance

Own the Business

• Manage and control labor, food cost, and operating expenses
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive growth
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations to meet or exceed targets

Schedule Expectations

• 40-50 hours per week
• 5-6 days per week
• Weekends and holidays as needed

• 1+ year of food service management experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for customer satisfaction and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
