Job summary

Crookham Construction seeks a Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead hiring strategies, community outreach, campus presence, and onboarding. This on-site role focuses on building a brand as the face of Crookham in the market and driving retention through engagement programs and growth opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship-building, and program development skills to represent the company at job fairs and events while coordinating with HR and leadership to meet staffing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven recruiting or HR generalist experience, ideally in construction.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage recruiting strategies across the company.
• Collaborate with department heads to maintain current job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
• Shape employer branding and support content, posts, and campaigns.
