Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a high-energy recruiter to join the HR team in Goodyear, AZ. This role focuses on recruiting for hourly, technician, and professional positions, building strong relationships with internal and external partners, and developing a strong talent pipeline.

The candidate will lead sourcing efforts, collaborate with managers, and represent the company at local events and campuses. A strong background in manufacturing recruiting and HR laws is essential, with a

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher in Human Resources or related field.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations applicable to hiring.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in recruitment cycle.
Ability to cultivate candidate relationships.
5+ years of manufacturing recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

Lead full life cycle recruitment for hourly, technician, and professional roles.
Screen candidates via phone, on-site interviews, and assessments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and update job descriptions as needed.
Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges and universities.
Proactively source and build pipelines using social media and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, Career Builder).
Identify new recruiting channels and improve processes in collaboration with HR.
