Job summary

Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a high-energy recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Goodyear, AZ. You will lead full life cycle recruitment for hourly, technician and professional roles and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

You will proactively source candidates, screen effectively, and collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and create job descriptions. The role also covers co-op program management and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Lead full life cycle recruitment for hourly, technician, and professional roles.
• Assess candidate skills during phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and update job descriptions.
• Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges & universities.
• Proactively source and build a pipeline for technical positions via social media & job boards.
• Identify new avenues for recruiting and improve recruiting processes.
• Represent Sub-Zero Group at local events, partnerships, meetups and conferences.
• Co-op program management through recruitment, development, offboarding and building future candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for hourly, technician, and professional level positions.
• Assess candidate skills and abilities during phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements. Create or update job descriptions as needed.
• Build relationships with High schools, Technical Colleges & University Campuses.
• Proactively source, screen and build a pipeline for all technical positions using social media tools and job boards.
• Identify new and creative avenues for recruiting. Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to improve processes.
• Act as face of Sub-Zero Group at local events, partnerships, meetups, and conferences to promote careers.
• Co-op program management through recruitment, co-op experience/development, offboarding and building future candidate pipeline.
