Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Recruiter 2 to implement and manage our recruiting programs, ensuring staffing aligns with current and future workforce needs. You will partner with hiring managers, use ATS, and drive full life cycle recruitment while maintaining compliance with federal and local laws.

You will build relationships with local schools and labor partners, coordinate candidate screenings, and present top candidates to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Professional HR certification preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience with ATS and recruitment software preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail and organizational ability

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on all job openings, considering budgeting headcount and vacancy priority
• Utilize ATS for the hiring process and ensure compliance with federal and local laws
• Maintain recruitment documents and activity records, including interview notes and disqualification codes
• Collaborate with Hiring Manager, local HR, and Talent Acquisition to attract diverse candidates by location
• Manage full life cycle of recruitment from qualification to offer and start date
• Present elite candidates to the Hiring Manager for review and create offers
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and ensure results meet company standards
• Develop relationships with educational institutions and local workforce partners
• Plan and participate in job fairs and public speaking engagements related to employment
