Priority1 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to enhance how we attract and select new hires. You will source, screen, and recruit top talent for open positions at Priority1 and support the HR team throughout the hiring process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers, crafting compelling job descriptions, and maintaining strong relationships with colleges and placement offices to build a robust candidate pipeline. Join us in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience sourcing across multiple platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Requisition creation and candidate status management.
• Sourcing for candidates on platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn and Handshake.
• Screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring manager for interview.
• Craft & update job descriptions and organize candidate data.
• Coordinate interviews and contact applicants as needed.
• Prepare reports on new hire metrics.
• Organize referral process and manage bonus requests.
• Provide administrative support to Recruiting and HR team.
• Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Develop relationships with colleges and placement offices to generate qualified applicants.
• Use tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills.
• Assist with updating social media and company branding on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
• Help coordinate the company newsletter to assist with branding.
• Other duties as assigned.
