Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and adaptable with strong time management.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Build candidate pipelines with creative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain compliance with policies, background checks, and employment laws.
