Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group in Fort Washington, PA is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This hybrid role requires coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, interviews, and onboarding, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The recruiter will partner with leadership to understand workforce needs, post ads, run phone/video interviews, and support offers.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and supporting offers and onboarding steps.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills; able to engage candidates professionally.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge or interest in security, defense, or public safety sectors is beneficial.
• Educational requirement: associate or bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Role Description

This full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter role is a hybrid position based in Fort Washington, PA, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers with selection decisions. Daily responsibilities include building talent pipelines for security and support roles, maintaining accurate applicant tracking records, and ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs, posting job ads, conducting phone and video interviews, and assisting with offer preparation and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
• Experience with Hiring processes, including working with hiring managers and supporting offer and onboarding steps.
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills, with the ability to engage candidates and represent the organization professionally.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and standard recruiting tools (job boards, professional networks, social media).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
• Knowledge of or interest in the security, defense, or public safety sectors is highly beneficial.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
