Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office in Beachwood, Ohio, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source candidates, plan interview processes, and represent our community at career events. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

You will collaborate with managers, use multiple channels, and help shape recruiting strategies in a supportive environment that values care and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.
• Minimum of one year related recruiting experience or long-term care experience preferred.

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs.
