Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This full-time role focuses on sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and building strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

You will host career events, partner with hiring managers, and develop long-term recruiting strategies while fostering trust with potential hires across our communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.
• Minimum of one year recruiting experience or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels for current and future needs.
• Plan interview and selection procedures; coordinate with hiring managers.

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting or participating in career events, developing long-term recruiting strategies, nurturing trusting relationships with potential hires and creating strong talent pipelines for the assigned community’s and company’s current and future hiring needs.

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Must have excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.

• Minimum of one (1) year related recruiting experience or long-term care is preferred.
