Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking an HRIS Analyst to implement and optimize HR information systems, manage data integrity, and support multiple locations. You will work on system interfaces, data reporting, and ongoing enhancements to HR processes.

This role is full-time, on-site in a distributed environment, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field and 4+ years in HRIS analytics, with

Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for implementation and configuration of the HR information systems. Primary responsibilities include driving improvements of HR processes, optimization of the management of HR data across the organization, building and maintaining system interfaces with vendor systems, implementing new modules, and maintaining HR data. The HRIS Analyst will focus on data maintenance, analysis, and reporting and act as the subject matter expert in the HR systems data. This is not a remote position.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business management or other related field.

• Four years or more experience performing in a HRIS analytical role, with understanding various data needs in compensation, benefits, and training/development is required.

• Prior experience supporting a highly distributed, multi-location corporate model preferred.
