Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Beachwood, OH to source candidates, plan interviews, and build long-term recruiting strategies across our facilities. This full-time role requires developing strong pipelines and nurturing relationships with potential hires to meet current and future staffing needs.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least one year of recruiting experience, preferably in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.
• Minimum of one year related recruiting experience or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Plan interview and selection procedures and coordinate assessments.
• Host or participate in career events to attract candidates.
• Develop and execute long-term recruiting strategies for the community and company.
• Nurture relationships with potential hires and create strong candidate pipelines.

Position Summary:
