Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Beachwood, Ohio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source candidates across multiple channels, plan interview processes, and develop long-term recruiting strategies for the community and company.

You will nurture relationships with potential hires, build strong talent pipelines, and support hiring needs for our facilities with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have excellent analytical, computer and organizational skills.
• Minimum of one (1) year related recruiting experience or long-term care is preferred.

Position Summary
