Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is hiring a Program Specialist I to build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and manage the full lifecycle of requisitions—from intake to onboarding and reporting. You will support talent delivery and ensure timely, high-quality hires for client teams.

You will work with vendors and client staff, monitor SLAs, document issues, and use CRM tools to drive satisfaction and process excellence across assignments.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred or applicable experience.
• Experience in high volume coordination activities.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Client hiring manager/supplier facing.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes daily.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong documentation and follow up skills.
• Strong time management.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Able to work independently with some direction.
• Customer Focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist client managers during all stages of contract labor acquisition: requisition intake, sourcing, candidate shortlisting and interviewing.
• Prepare insightful questions for requirement intake sessions with hiring managers to gather detailed job descriptions.
• Document requirement intake conversations in the appropriate database (VMS, AGS360).
• Use reports to manage open requirements and advise managers on status and sourcing strategies.
• Agree on expectations, timeframes, and roles with hiring managers for requisition fulfilment.
• Coach and oversee performance of participating staffing suppliers.
• Document client/supplier issues and track resolution in CRM.
• Monitor contract SLA's, requisition aging, invoicing, time/expense entry and vendor compliance.
• Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
• Interact with clients, vendors, contract personnel and partners via face-to-face, email and phone.
• Assist with worker assignment management to improve data integrity.
• Liaise with managers, vendors and security to complete paperwork.
• Close work orders with accurate finish reasons and notify departments.
• Assist with collection of company assets from vendors.
• Monitor time and expense entry to ensure approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding to avoid delays and log inquiries in Salesforce.
