Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking a Program Specialist II to build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and manage the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to onboarding, in a hybrid onsite environment.

You will serve as a talent advisor to ensure quality hires in a timely manner, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams across locations in North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in high volume coordination activities.
• At least 2 years in recruiting/staffing preferred.
• Client-facing with hiring managers and suppliers.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and follow-up.
• Strong time management.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Moderate need for supervision on advanced tasks.
• Customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO/AGS Way initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings for strategic review.
• Assist in all stages of contract labor acquisition: intake, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews.
• Prepare targeted questions to gather detailed job descriptions.
• Document intake conversations in appropriate systems (VMS, AGS360).
• Use reports to manage open requirements and supplier strategies.
• Set clear expectations with clients on timelines and roles.
• Coach and oversee performance of staffing suppliers.
• Log client and vendor inquiries in Salesforce.com.
