QTS Data Centers in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiting Systems Manager to own the end-to-end operating model for Recruiting Systems (ATS/CRM/HRIS), driving adoption, data quality, and governance across teams.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with IT/vendors, and push through change management with training, communications, and documentation to improve process adoption and recruiter efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Recruiting Systems (ATS/CRM or HRIS) with a focus on operating model and production support.
• Proven change management and process adoption with stakeholders; strong documentation and communication.
• Experience leading a small team (2-3 direct reports) and handling competing priorities with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operating model for Recruiting Systems: intake, triage, prioritization, escalation; set SLAs and ensure day-to-day support.
• Use recruiting data to improve processes, define adoption signals, surface friction, and drive change plans with measurable uptake.
• Maintain a reliable run process for scheduled jobs, integrations, and deliverables; coordinate with IT/vendors and update runbooks.
• Lead continuous improvement: define roadmap, gather requirements, run testing/releases, publish documentation and training.
