Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Analyst to enhance and standardize TA processes. You will analyze workforce data, identify trends, and propose operational improvements to optimize time-to-hire, retention, and overall TA performance.

As part of a data-driven team, you will develop measurement systems, conduct root-ccause analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable solutions that align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of work experience in talent acquisition or related area.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Use statistics to analyze workforce trends and recruitment performance; deliver reports and insights to improve processes.
• Analyze data to understand customers' needs and drive improvements in time-to-hire and retention.
• Optimize talent acquisition processes across the enterprise to attract and retain top talent.
