Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Talent Acquisition Process Analyst to improve and standardize recruiting processes through data analysis and insights. This role focuses on workforce trends, performance measurement, and operational improvements to support hiring across the enterprise.

Analysts will deliver analyses, identify root causes, and propose solutions to enhance retention and reduce time-to-hire, working under the Sr Manager Talent Acquisition. Travel is modest and primarily domestic.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Use statistics to conduct workforce research, analyze trends and deliver reports and recommendations.
• Analyze data to improve retention and reduce time-to-hire for talent acquisition processes.
• Optimize talent acquisition processes across the enterprise to attract and retain top talent.
• Establish tailored talent acquisition procedures to meet business needs.
