Job summary

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in analytics, strong statistical skills, and experience with Workday, UKG Dimensions and Salesforce. A bachelor’s degree and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably HR/Payroll/Finance.
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights for business leaders.
