The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Analyst, Talent Insights to lead the design, development, and evolution of talent intelligence tools and insights across talent platforms. You will enable executive talent decisions by transforming data into actionable insights, dashboards, and AI-enabled experiences for our global leadership teams.

You will collaborate across talent acquisition, workforce strategy, technology, and analytics to shape enterprise talent decisions, including CRM and HCM solutions,

Qualifications

• Experience in talent intelligence, executive search, talent acquisition, sourcing, CRM administration, or related disciplines.
• Experience building or configuring portals, workflows, dashboards, forms, reports, automations, talent communities, and user experiences within a CRM/ATS/HCM environment, particularly Avature.
• Ability to create dashboards and data-driven insights using analytics platforms like Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Create and own executive talent candidate generation strategies and build diverse, world-class external talent pools.
• Manage end to end research projects and talent market scan requests, including research plans and summaries.
