Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in HR, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience working with HRIS or Talent Management platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze talent or HR data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience creating executive-ready presentations, reports, or dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Execute the Executive Talent Program end-to-end, coordinating logistics and communications for CEO Talent Exposure programs.
• Manage executive talent data and the talent platform, ensuring data integrity and optimized reporting.
• Develop talent planning materials and user guides to enable business partners to access current resources.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights via dashboards and reports for succession planning and leadership development.
