Job summary

Primary Services in Northwest Houston is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own high-volume recruiting for production, warehouse, and maintenance roles onsite under a contract-to-hire arrangement.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn and other channels, conduct phone screens, and coordinate offers while building talent pipelines to meet ongoing operations needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees (production, warehouse, maintenance).
• Experience managing multiple active requisitions in a high-volume setting.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience: sourcing, interviewing, offer coordination.
• Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience maintaining applicant records and tracking recruitment activity in an ATS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience coordinating recruiting activities with hiring managers.
• UKG experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred, not required.

• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow‑up, and employment offers.
• Track candidates through background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate applicant information, requisition updates, and recruiting activity in ATS.
• Adjust sourcing approaches based on applicant flow and recruiting results.
• Participate in job fairs and hiring events to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

• Experience recruiting hourly employees, including production, warehouse, maintenance, or similar operational positions.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple active requisitions in a high‑volume recruiting environment.
• Experience with full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer coordination.
• Proficiency using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and other candidate sourcing platforms.
• Experience maintaining applicant records and tracking recruitment activity through an ATS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience coordinating recruiting activities directly with hiring managers.
• UKG experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred, not required.
