Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in human resources, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years of full-cycle recruitment in a manufacturing environment.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and recruitment functionality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for positions across the organization, from requisition intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and maintain job postings and recruitment materials that accurately reflect position requirements and promote Wenthe-Davidson as an employer of choice.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through online job boards, referrals, social media, community partnerships and events.
• Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and provide updates to candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and recruiting activity records in the HRIS.
• Ensure compliant hiring practices and maintain confidentiality.
