Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract high-quality passive and active candidates.
  • Maintain a continuous pipeline of talent for critical, high-turnover, or hard-to-fill roles to minimize time to fill.
  • Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters, if applicable.
  • Partner with department heads and executives to understand headcount needs, define role requirements, and advise on market salary trends.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote the company culture and employer brand; ensure a smooth interview process.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the strategic sourcing, recruiting, and hiring initiatives of the organization. Unlike traditional recruiters who focus primarily on filling immediate vacancies, the TA Manager takes a long-term, strategic approach to building a strong talent pipeline, enhancing the employer brand, and aligning hiring practices with overall business growth goals.

Recruitment Strategy & Pipeline Management
  • Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract high quality passive and active candidates.

  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging interview process for all applicants, regardless of the hiring outcome.
Data Analytics & Compliance
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness, to optimize the hiring budget.
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
