Omni Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hotel brand renowned for its vibrant culture and community involvement. The Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Development will own our college recruiting strategy, campus partnerships, and on-campus presence while also managing OCI, LID, MID leadership programs and internship initiatives.

The role will track participant development and career progression post-program, building a stronger long-term leadership pipeline and measuring

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in Recruiting, Talent Development or HR in hospitality/related industries preferred.
Hands-on experience with development programs (OCI, LID, MID) highly desired.
Luxury hospitality leadership experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise college recruiting strategy and partnerships with universities and hospitality programs.
Develop and implement best-in-class internship programs and post-hire engagement initiatives.
Own and design leadership development curricula and programs (OCI, LID, MID, Omniversity Trainings).
Partner with hotel leadership to identify capability gaps and tailor development initiatives.
