The role involves collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and the HR team to ensure a smooth experience and high-quality hires. The position emphasizes data analysis, candidate data management in the ATS, reporting, and participation in industry networking events to promote the company’s talent brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or Communication or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the talent acquisition life cycle in a consultative manner to optimize candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Craft and update job descriptions; own the hiring process from sourcing to screening.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and prepare offers.
• Support onboarding and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
