Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain open positions in BambooHR.
• Review and screen applicants, document status, and communicate with applicants.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and managers.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements (drug screening, background checks, etc.)
• Ensure completion of new hire paperwork and orientations.
• Identify job fairs and partnerships to promote employment.
• Maintain personnel files and job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support HR and Talent Acquisition on other projects.
