Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition or similar role.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred.
• Active participation in SkillBridge or HOH programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen and coordinate interviews with department managers.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, and referrals.
• Support interviews with local operations and HR teams.
• Build employer brand and applicant pipelines.
• Travel to recruiting events and job fairs as needed.
• Maintain compliance and accurate candidate records.
