Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. seeks a SkillBridge Recruiter to serve as the liaison between transitioning service members and participating business units.

You will identify placement opportunities, assess participant skills, coordinate with hiring leaders, and ensure a successful experience from application through program completion. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and military outreach partners to build a strong military talent pipeline and maximize conversion to full-time

Qualifications

• Associate degree OR 2+ years combination of education, experience and training.
• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities; multitask; and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate placement of SkillBridge participants by matching candidates to units and opportunities based on skills and goals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify placement opportunities and align with objectives.
• Manage end-to-end placement process, including consultations, onboarding timelines, and program execution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for SkillBridge participants through onboarding and placement readiness.
• Build relationships with military transition offices and veteran organizations to support program success.
• Educate stakeholders on SkillBridge requirements, qualifications, and expectations.
