Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment strategy and candidate experience across multiple locations.

You will attract top talent, manage interviews with department managers, and partner with HR and operations to fill roles efficiently while promoting our employer brand. Some travel to events may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent, building a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, referrals, events, and ATS; maintain an active LinkedIn presence.
• Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Partner with local operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring needs.
• Promote our employer brand story to align with candidate interests and company values.
• Build relationships with schools and feeder programs to generate applicants.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve processes.
• Travel periodically to recruiting events such as job fairs and schools.
• Maintain high organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and uphold policies and compliance.

Global Medical Response (GMR) is proud to be an authorized provider of the DoW SkillBridge program, offering Service Members the opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience in the medical response industry through training and internships.

Under the SkillBridge program, GMR hosts active-duty U.S. Military members for skilled employment training during the final six months of their active-duty obligated service. The SkillBridge Program with GMR will run for up to 180-days.

JOB SUMMARY

This talent partner supports attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining engagement and communication throughout. The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in our HR commitment to excellence, shaping our culture, embodying human resources and talent acquisition key competencies, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent with the ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs, utilizing strategic talent acquisition techniques.
• Effectively source and sell opportunities to candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems. Active presence on LinkedIn desired.
• Efficiently screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Partner with the local operations and/or human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs.
• Sell our story to ensure our employer brand mission and vision aligns with candidates
• Develop effective relationships with schools and feeder organizations to foster community relations and generate applicants.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis.
• Periodic travel to relevant recruiting events, including, but not limited to schools & industry-related job fairs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exemplify excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ensure all aspects of recruitment process including candidate documentation and data records, comply with policies and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
• Experience in healthcare (preferred)

Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist work preferred.
