Job summary

Oversee is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across GTM and other functions. You will source proactively, partner with hiring managers across the US, Europe, and beyond, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

You should have 3–5 years of recruiting experience in tech startups or SaaS, be fluent in English, and enjoy working with international teams. This is a B2B role in LATAM.
