The Role

The Role: We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR Team. Reporting directly to the HR Head, you will be responsible for finding the best talent in the US and international markets, ensuring a seamless candidate journey, and partnering with hiring managers to build world-class teams. As an AI-first company, we need a recruiter who balances high-touch candidate engagement with sophisticated market analytics. This role requires high attention-to-detail, excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position, working from home at a location within the United States. There is some flexibility in your work hours but it is required to overlap with California, e.g., until 5pm Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Global Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across the US and international markets
  • Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct proactive market research and salary benchmarking to ensure our offers are competitive, equitable, and data-backed across different global jurisdictions
  • Hiring Manager Advisory: Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing "talent market maps" and data-backed insights to help refine role requirements and interview rubrics
  • Data-Driven Sourcing: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean logic, and AI tools to identify high-potential passive talent
  • Metric Optimization: Track and report on key recruiting KPIs—including Time-to-Fill, Source Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rates—to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
  • Employer Branding: Craft compelling narratives that highlight our AI-first culture to attract top-tier global talent
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment
  • Proven track record of conducting high-impact behavioral interviews and utilizing structured evaluation frameworks to assess both technical competency and alignment with company culture and values
  • Proven experience tracking recruiting metrics and using data to "tell a story" about hiring health and pipeline velocity
  • Deep understanding of the talent landscape and competitive compensation trends in both US and international markets
  • Skilled in conducting compensation benchmarking to build localized salary bands
  • Expert-level experience with platforms like Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever, and a proactive approach to using AI for efficiency and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven remote work experience with ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and manage time across time zones
  • Positive, can-do attitude with strong project ownership and a flexible, solutions-oriented approach
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handling sensitive data
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with US HR practices and employment law (FLSA, exempt vs. non-exempt, contractor classifications)
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or international equivalent certification)
  • Experience with HR analytics or people data reporting
What We Offer
  • Remote work from your home base and flexible hours that allow you to enjoy a great work-life balance
  • Innovative, fast-paced and collaborative culture that values diverse voices and opinions
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package (medical, dental, vision)
  • Open Paid Time Off policy and 10 days of company-paid holidays
  • Stock options package
  • 401K retirement plan with employer matching
  • Substantially discounted luxury travel during off-season
  • Learning and development annual stipend
  • Enjoy two company-sponsored business trips each year at international destinations we serve!
